The DHS contracts reveal the flow of taxpayer dollars to local vendors and property owners who choose to profit from building the deportation infrastructure and wrecking our communities. So glad to read this. DHS has no regard for the communities its detention facilities are impacting. As we have seen, even less regard for the people it imprisons in these monstrosities. Here in Maryland we see 👀 you DHS, no secret, low down,back room dirty deals here so you can ruin our neighborhoods and dehumanize our people. Its out in the open. The spotlight is on and we are taking names, collecting receipts and the alarm is blasting.
I've submitted this info to a news agency in Arizona - hoping court system in AZ can block the proposed center in Marana, AZ.
